RETURN POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• We offer free returns or exchanges once per order.
• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your original order. If 14 days have passed, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
• You may return any item for a refund, as long as the item is in its new and unused condition.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• For an exchange, we recommend returning the item or items for a store credit and repurchasing the item you want. 

• If you decide to return an item after an exchange has been made, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
• All items will be thoroughly inspected upon return.
• The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

• There is no restocking fee.

 

CANCELLATIONS

• You can cancel an order that has not entered the shipping process by contacting our customer support.
• Once the item has shipped, you will be responsible for the package until it has been returned to us.

 

REFUNDS

• Refunds will be issued immediately after passing inspection.
• Overnight shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• Depending on the payment method used at time of purchase, your funds may not appear until 3-5 business days.
